Corrections policy

We want every price on this site to be correct. If it isn't, we fix it fast - and we're transparent about what changed.

How to report an error

Email contact@whatsthebestai.com or use the contact form. Include the tool name, the plan or price that's wrong, and if possible, a link to the correct official pricing page. Screenshots help but aren't required.

Response time

We acknowledge all correction reports within 24 hours. The fix is applied within 48 hours of verification against the official source. The tool page's "Verified on" date is updated to reflect when the correction was applied - not when it was reported.

Correction log

Significant corrections (price changes above 20%, plan restructuring, new tiers) are logged on the affected tool page and covered in the next weekly pricing briefing. Minor corrections (label typos, formatting fixes) are applied silently to keep pages clean.

No retaliation

We never remove or downrank a tool because the vendor asked us to change a price. We never accept payment to alter a comparison, rating, or verdict. If a vendor disputes a price, we verify against their public pricing page - that's the single source of truth.
